Sarah worked with me to buy a house and did a fantastic job. She listened to what I wanted as evidenced by the fact that we only looked at 3 houses before she honed in on the one I wanted. She then helped to negotiate the sale and brought her knowledge of the area and the market to the table when it was needed. A month after the sale was completed she even stepped up to help with a survey situation that arose.
